I/We hereby agree to pay all fees due to Bubbles Swimming School on time and up to date.
I/We hereby certify that the details as set out herein are both true and correct and confirm that I/We have read and understand the terms and conditions contained herein, and agree to be bound hereby.

I/We have take note that Bubbles do not accept cancellation during certain times of the year.
I/We agree that the swim school will be closed on a Public Holiday and that these lessons will not be credited or made up
Please note that on sign up there is a R300-00 Registration Fee payable yearly
I/We understand that fees are increased annually in January. Contract will continue with increased fees if official email was not received for cancellation.
No photo's or video will be taken during lessons UNLESS you have asked the instructor permission.
Swimwear - full body costume, swimming cap, big swimming towel. - NO goggles unless for medical reasons.
Details of accountholder will be added to TPN credit bureau and removed once we received cancelation email from accountholder.

I/We do understand that lessons will be terminated with immediate effect if fees are not paid on the 7 th of the month.
